NEXT_LOCALE — strictly necessary
Stores the language you are viewing the site in, so that your selection is kept as you move between pages. It contains only a language code such as en or de. It is a session cookie and is sent with the SameSite=Lax attribute.
payload-token — strictly necessary, administrators only
Set only when a member of our team signs in to the content management system that powers this site. It keeps that person signed in for the duration of their session. It is never set for ordinary visitors.
What we do not use
At the time of writing this site does not use analytics cookies, advertising or retargeting cookies, social media cookies, or any other cross-site tracking technology. If we introduce any such tool in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Hosting and infrastructure
